The control system adopts the layered distribute control system structure, with the protection and control to the high voltage switchgear cabinet, distribution transformer etc, mainly used for nobody (less) on duty to the power substation. SDP-3300 pump station integrated automation system is an automation system developed by our Engineering Research Center of Converters Co., Ltd. exclusively for pumping stations and step pumping stations. The system includes the transformer station, hydraulic architectures, gages, pump sets, navigation water compensation, water area dispatching and other functions of the pumping station into the microcomputer monitoring system, utilizes the control concepts and means of the modern new control technologies, combines the domestic and overseas state-of-the-art computer hardware and software technologies, engineering control technologies, network technologies and measuring technologies,, and has the features of good expandability and portability. The system is the integrated control-monitoring system integrating monitoring, control, management and communication, uses computers in an overall way for automatic control of pumping stations, and represents the developing trend of the pumping station integrated automation technology.Main Functions:
* Adopts integrated smart monitoring, control and protection device, realizes automatic control of measuring, protection, startup and stop of pumping sets, and allows local or remote monitoring.* Equipped with integrated smart measurement-protection devices for 110kV, 35kV, 10kV voltage to realize local monitoring, protection and control of the transformer station for pumping sets, and remote control and data management by connecting with the pumping station computer monitoring system via the network.
* Realizes monitoring and management of line failure wave recording, synchronous motor excitation, pumping station system and energy meters, and remote control and data management by connecting with the pumping station computer monitoring system via the network.
* Realizes flow control over pumping stations, comprehensive efficiency management of pump sets and optimization control.
* Realizes such advanced functions as anti-wrong-operation and operating tickets in the electric system of the pumping station and telephone voice alarming.
* Realizes the interfaces with hydrographic monitoring system, the in-house information management system, the industrial TV system and the fire alarm system, thereby information sharing.
* Able to accept control by the water dispatching center, and realize information upload and download management through communication with the system.
