With 35-year expertise and experience in hydropower industry, ADDNEW and its invested factory customize and integrate all the necessary equipments, tools and auxiliaries for a complete plant according to different dam site conditions and environments so as to achieve the highest overall performance and efficiency. The reliable quality and high performance of all the equipments have already been proven by more than 300 successful projects. They are all in smooth operation till now and most of their ROI periods are only 6-9 years after their successful installation.
 We design and manufacture many types of Hydro Turbines with computer-controlled Governors such as Inclined-jet Type (Turgo Turbines), Francis Type (Mixed Turbines), Kaplan Type (Propeller Turbines), Pelton Type (Impulse Turbines) and Tubular Type (Bulb Turbines) and other customized types.
ADDNEW's Hydropower Generators and Excitation Systems’ unit-capacity ranges from 100KW-200MW with both Horizontal and Vertical types. The Generator Control and Protection Systems with micro-computers widely apply to high-voltage and low-voltage controlling systems.

Static Var Compensators (SVC) from ADDNEW are designed to solve the major challenges of the present electric systems such as harmonics, reactive power and voltage fluctuation. SVC can reduce line loss in transmission by 6.6-7.0%. The full set of our SVC technologies were directly from ABB in 2001.
Our High-Voltage Soft-Start Devices, whose Rated Current from 15A to 40A and Rated Power of Applied Electromotors from LV (5kV-500kV) to MV/HV (500kV-64,000kV), are widely and perfectly applied to almost all equipments, fields and industries.
